By downloading, accessing, or using the ShelfCoach application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ShelfCoach uses Artificial Intelligence to analyze food product labels and provide inventory location data. The App helps users filter products based on dietary preferences (e.g., Gluten-Free, Vegan) and find them in local stores.

3. Accuracy of AI & Data

You acknowledge that:

• AI Limitations: The scanning and analysis technology may occasionally produce incorrect or incomplete results ("hallucinations").
• Label Changes: Manufacturers change ingredients frequently. The App's database or scan results may not reflect the most current physical package.
• Inventory Data: Store stock levels are estimates and may vary in real-time.

You agree that ShelfCoach is not liable for any allergic reactions or health issues resulting from reliance on the App.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate health and dietary information to ensure the App functions correctly. You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The ShelfCoach brand, logo, design code, and AI algorithms are the exclusive property of ShelfCoach. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or distribute the App without our permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShelfCoach and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to health complications, loss of data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
